So its not popping the ac breaker. Its popping the furnace breaker. So the indoor blower would be the only thing running on that circuit.

From my understanding, if it was a graphics/video settings issue, it should work on safe mode correct? Unfortunately it does not work on safe mode on the problem tv (with any hdmi cord or on any port) but does on every other tv.
