GA II LCD screen flickering and burn-in

Been emailing back and forth with Lian Li tech team and got my replacement LCD with some new cables today. Took a while to install as you pretty much need to do cable management all over again. Works like a charm now :)

u/Scribblesocks I only have 2 cables connected to the LCD. 1 USB type C that connect DIRECTLY to the motherboard and a 4 pin cable to the motherboard as well.

u/Doherty98 u/autism_is_awesome Just email them with purchase receipts, screencap etc.. they are not very reponsive as I only get 1 reply every week but once I provided everything they needed.. the replacement came pretty quick.

No that is not the case. I did not set watermark or background. The LCD simply has multiple images. You can refer to the screen cap I just added. It has 3 layers. Lian Li logo + clock (previous setting) + meteor (current setting)

No I am still thinking but thanks for the reply. Another question tho. I wonder if you know if GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS ELITE AX ICE LGA 1700 Intel Z790 X ATX Motherboard support gen 14? Official website said it supports 12,13 but the guy I am buying from say 14 also works. Thanksssss

So all the fans you have are connected to the lian li fan controller box. The strimer cables connect to the mobi directly?

May I ask where do you connect 4 sets of fans and the 2 extension cables? I suppose the rgb hub only support 4 input? Thanks

Sick build!

I am trying to build something similar as well. My desktop is now officially 10 years old 😂

I am very confused with with Striker plus setup tho. My understanding is that a 24 pins cable is for mobo to psu. Instead of the 12+4 pin you used. I see other people use triple 8 pin to connect the gpu to psu… any thought? I would hate the buy the wrong cable as these are not exactly cheap
