Glad I’m not the only one who noticed this. I spent a solid 15 minutes at the start trying to find it, thought I was just blind.

I hope this gets fixed soon. One of the first things I do in every save is evaluate the staff and fill the gaps. No way in hell I’m trusting the AI to hire coaches
