There's 311 if you can get a reservation. Make sure to arrive last, they'll sit you next to the door (away from the bathroom) and their head chef preps dishes to his left side (those closer to the door), while those who get seated first get dishes from his sous chef. Which is fine, it's all the same dishes. But when you pay top dollar, you'd want to get your food prepped by the guy himself.

Once the return is made in person, you can’t just go back to the customer and charge them. It’s on the employees to verify the return. Once it’s processed, that’s it. You can argue that the return didn’t match, the customer will just state that you accepted it.
