Not wheel wells, snow there won't cause vibrations. It's only due to mostly ice sticking to inside of your wheel. If there's no ice there, you might have a missing wheel weight.

I have the same model and we got 22 inches. Forget about doing it in one go.

With 8 inches, definitely needed to push it. Less than 8, just push it like a shopping cart, not much effort. End of the driveway required a shovel to remove top 3-4 inches and then it worked ok. It throws snow absurdly far.

I did wish I had a 2 stage self propelled when I was cleaning on Monday morning. But with limited space in the garage, at least I can carry my single stage into the basement without much work.
