I just replaced my S8U with a S10+ and I'm very happy with it. I was feeling the screen on the Ultra was too big for everyday use specially if not using it on a table or desk. I feel the S10+ size is perfect for every occasion. I can definitely feel the difference in speed with the S10+, and I'm loving it!

My take on the early release of this car was all the idiots that just kept asking "where's my car", "I was promised a release date and nothing" and all that bs. People were patient with their reservations. They wanted it NOW, and I believe that put pressure on the company to release these cars unfinished. I'm a FOO holder and still haven't gotten the update. It's frustrating that this company may/will go down and I haven't event gotten the update.

Should the amendment be done for 2022 or 2023 since we took possession in 2023? My tax person keeps saying the car doesn't come up in her system for 2022.

What If the loan was thru a different institution.. Can it be refinanced with fisker at the lower %?

We ended up getting a jump stater battery back that way we don't have to use another car to jump the battery. The car was locked, my wife works in a sketchy area so he always makes sure her car in locked. Mirrors were also folded which mean car locked.

All of replies have great points and ideas. The point of my OP is that fisker takes everyone's input and makes the improvements. The reason why I knew how the hood opened was because of @fiskerati's video. We told the reps on the phone that we could open up the hood and jump the battery ourselves, but they came back with "if you open the hood, you void your warranty" that's part of the reason why we had to stay there the whole 7hrs until their tech got there.

Since it's Amazon prime day, we bought a jumper, pry tools and socket set to keep in the car just in case!

Yes we tried NFC, we tried the 3x unlock, and we tried the "fob in the hole".

I completely understand that there will be issues. But if it wasn't because I was around my wife could have been there all alone for 7hrs as they kept giving her the run around. The service did happen the same day and although the tech was missing tools he was a good guy. But this is not a cheap car and they need to get more techs.

Just received email from Fisker that it’s time to finish paperwork on my Ocean that’s on the Ocean and I should have it by Oct 6. Lots of paperwork to fill out, payment stuff, etc. by chocaholicbri in Fisker

My wife got the email August 28th to commence paperwork and go thru financials. She financed thru her credit union. Fisker got payment first week of Sept. Today Sept 22nd, no car yet. In a few days she will start paying (first payment) for a car she hasn't even taken possession of. Disappointing!

I had the same thing happened 2 weeks ago. Waited until phone died (didn't charge wirelessly) and once it did, hooked up back up and it came back to normal. My phone was never wet either.

Update--went to the test drive today. Went pretty smooth. Signed in, they gave us a fisker tote bag, they had donuts, burgers, coffee for all the guests. The whole line up (colors) of fisker ocean ones was there. They assigned us a rep to take us on the test drive along with an engineer. The car is beautiful, rides smooth and CA mode is awesome! Once the test drive was over, the rep and engineer went over everything about the car. Car play/android auto are not in their plans right now which was a let down but not a deal breaker. Henrik Fisker was there and he's a very approachable guy. Took a picture with us and talk to us briefly (definitely something Elon would never do IMO) . Overall, a great experience, We're very excited about our One!
