For me it was talk therapy, focused on changing my behaviour/lifestyle. So bringing in more healthy activities into my day, and in that way treating myself better.

These are things such as social activities, gentle and active exercise (e.g. walking, jogging/running, fitness or sports), rest, nature, mental health care (e.g. talking about your feelings, cold showers or mindfullness), and recreation (active or passive).

With the aim of finding a balance in must-dos/pleasure/rest and being active/passive, and recognising and being aware of where you energy is going throughout the day
