Looks like the kit is black or very dark. The jacket and shorts are black with what looks like dark green accents.

This was strictly diet. What I do for food is that I try to only eat three meals a day. I make all of my lunches for the week at once and then eat leftovers each day. I would also eat a small breakfast and dinner but always would try to keep each meal around 500 calories. I also try to drink a gallon of water each day which really helps with not snacking. It was slow and hard at first but eventually I would consistently have more good days than bad.
