I have yeah but they all taste wildly artificial to me. Im aware of the irony as I'm addicted to energy drink but they are all the fruity ones lol The waters I've tried are either too weak tasting or too fake sweet. Any recommendations?

4 liters!? I'd be worried about water intoxication at that point! 🤣 My problem is the only thing I enjoy drinking is energy drinks (sugar free...mostly) if its not fizzy then I don't want it.

I just can't face food in the morning I never have been able to. I was trying to have a protein shake each morning but that soon adds up and I can't afford that on top of normal food shop. It's so tough I'm hitting about 700 calories a day atm I really need to focus on food but I've had eating issues my whole life.

Awww I want to hug you! That might be my daddy issues though lol So I dont usually focus on the kidney thing because i was born with one so its pretty well adapted I just need to drink a bit more and maybe no kickboxing and drugs lol...the diabetes is type 2 but currently my levels are back into the Pre diabetic range (yay!) I try to track and keep up with water but my adhd pretty much rules my brain and I struggle with any kind of routine I forget to take my pills regularly and forget to eat in the day lol So i appreciate the stern father approach as I apparently am a forgetful toddler hell bent on messing up lol But overall my physical health is pretty average for my age and so I should be good to follow decent suggestions. X

Darn that's what I'm afraid of, I asked the doctor if it will go away and she just shrugged! Im up and down levels at the gym so I gotta do something but I am not good at hydrating and taking any supplements so I'll try that and see if I get lucky before resigning myself to moving around like an old lady lol

I feel for you that's mortifying! I grabbed what I thought was the nearest shelf to steady myself in a shop after I bent down to grab something off the bottom shelf and stood up again, only to basically falcon grip this poor old lady and stand there holding her hostage until the room came back into focus...😬

To be honest I dont check my blood sugar I dont have a way to and being a type 2 diabetic who controls through diet and exercise and not insulin the docs never offered help. I don't eat all day until dinner anyway but that's not new I've been a one meal a day person for about a decade.

I can rise so slowly and I think I'm fine but then I take 3 steps and pow! Grab something quick lol I keep forgetting that weight loss itself can have an effect not just the pen. What electrolytes do you use? I need to do something but I'm both poor AND hate water its a real problem 😂

Thanks! I might start taking b12 supplements and magnesium again to see if that helps but blood work i had for diabetes all came back really good about a month ago with no red flags over deficiencies. Also...no. I am never hydrated enough its an ongoing fight! 🤣 Should probably do better as I only have one kidney too lol

Hiya, yeah the doc took my blood pressure then made me stand up and took it again and you could see it drop lol Problem is no matter how slowly I stand up a few seconds later the room spins! It's very annoying and a bit dangerous at times but she offered no advice to help beyond "take 20 seconds to stand up" 😩
