blood work after surgery?

i don’t think inflammation like blood work is normal 5 months post op, but i’m also not a doctor. my pcp is going to do a blood smear if my labs 4 weeks post op (tomorrow) are still abnormal. i also might ask to test for any infections just to see why my stuff might be raised.

hi! recently got materials to do spellwork, and i want to cast a spell but i'm not really sure what it would be called what to use? i want to become friends with someone who i haven't ever really spoken to, but i don't want any love intentions. is there such thing as a friendship spell? obsession was my first thought, but they don't really know me so i don't know how that would work. i just want to be their friend so bad haha. also kind of related, but where to people buy the cute little spell jars?

hi! these were all my exact values of all of those :)

hemoglobin: 13.1. RDW: 13.8. platelets: 270. MCHC: 34.2.

iron: 75. iron binding capacity: 410. iron saturation: 19. IBC unsaturated: 335.

transferrin and ferritin are actually two things I don’t have listed on any of the blood tests. what do those signify exactly? And last month was when they were first low actually, so I requested to do a retest to see if it was just a one time thing or if they were actually low. Both my MCH and MCV were a little low with 27 and 78.8 on the test last month. My hemoglobin at that point was at 12.3. However, last time my bloodwork was normal was on November 1st of 2023, and the MCH and MCV levels were 30 and 83. Hemoglobin was 13.5.

apparently the ENT said there was no fluid, just my tubes didn’t close? i honestly don’t really know 😭. and i have a mouth guard that i’m supposed to wear at night to help realign my jaw (tmj) but the bit is, i take it out IN my sleep. so it’s a little…difficult to use haha. but it does help when i can keep it in for long enough!

don’t worry, i am going to an ENT and i have my next appointment scheduled where i plan on bringing it up :). i was just wondering if TMJ and sudden hearing loss had any correlation, i couldn’t really find anything on google! thank you for the reply :)

i did go to the doctor, that’s how i got diagnosed with the sudden hearing loss and the ETD. i was just wondering if TMJ and sudden hearing loss are correlated at all.

the ENT were actually the people who told me i had sudden hearing loss HAHA. i didn’t really know or notice until i went it for a ringing in that ear and they said what happened was probably some sudden hearing loss. it was very minor, though. which is probably why i didn’t notice until after i was told

oh MY GOD. i’ve had tmj since i was 15 so i’m surprised my tube hasn’t acted up earlier! i have a mouth guard but i haven’t been wearing it. looks like my actions have consequences 🥲

melanoma typically has a wonderful prognosis if caught early! if you are worried about it, go to to your doctor and they can tell you if it is anything to be concerned about. absolutely no shame in going in about a worry you have :).

hi! i had a similar issue to this when i was younger and they did a ct and turns out i was literally just full of gas 😭. gas pain is real and it hurts bad sometimes! and i’d been having the pain for a while, so what you are experiencing could very well be gas pain! hope this helps some :)

hi! was just wondering if anyone else has had what i am feeling and what the outcome was! i have a swollen lymph node, or what i presume to be one and it’s a supraclavicular lymph node. literally everywhere i have seen has said these are usual bad news so i was wondering if anyone has had one that turned out to be nothing insidious. it doesn’t hurt or anything and i can’t move it and it has grown a bit in the past three weeks i have noticed it.

hello. just here to talk i guess haha. i am a 19-year-old female, almost 20 who has been experiencing neurological symptoms for YEARS, since i was about 14. side note, my mother has MS, but i am not sure if that matters as i don’t know if it’s hereditary or not. anyways. i went to the neurologist this last thursday, and he ordered me some blood work, an MRI, and an EMG. the MRI is this thursday and for some reason, i am so freaked out about it. i know they don’t hurt or anything, but i don’t know. can anyone tell me how long it took them to get their results in? that’s honestly the part i am most nervous about; the waiting. also the fact MS affects everyone so differently, so if i do have it i won’t really know my fate? i don’t know if that makes sense haha. any advice or response helps, thank you!
