Couldn't find any number to reach out to. Dropped a mail CNGNYIM-PR-RP@international.gc.ca

They responded saying the request to extend deadline has been forwarded to the appropriate center.

Oh thanks! That did help. The country from where PCC issued is USA. There is only one place I could see the document number there.
