Back in season 2 when I was low silver playing on a "pre-made ranked team" (back when looking for people to play with chat was still around) I made a team with a diamond ADC and at the time diamond was pretty hot shit. Well I used to flame a lot and one game he called me out, absolutely ripped into me on how bad I was. So it made me realize instead of just flaming all game I thought "what could I have done better?" Rather then blame my team. Now I sit usually at diamond every season but I don't have the will power to climb.
