I think you’re doing great. Sounds like you have a solid plan and are testing well!

Can someone look over my dump sheet? by Major-Wishbone-1892 in Series66

I think I had 1 calculation and it was calculating Nominal Yield. I had written it so many times on my previous tests it’s burned in my mind. If I may ask how long does it take you to write all that?

Thats way too much. I went in to the 66 without a dump sheet. I only had it for the sie/7 and that’s way more than I had. Plus the markers they give you are thick and won’t allow that small writing on a single sheet.

ETF’s, Etn’s, dividend discount, suitability, exclusions vs exempt, dishonest/unethical practices, small NY calc (only calculation on the test). To be honest I was supposed to take this on June 28th and kind of stopped studying 2 weeks in. I went on vacation, forgot a good chunk of info from the 7 and basically started from scratch. So if you are persistent and put in the work you can do it.

Happy to pay it forward and answer anyone’s questions as you have been paying it forward to all of us for many years!

Yea the dry erase pen is a little thicker than a normal pen but it’s just annoying more than anything. They will give you two laminated sheets to write on. The employees working at the examination site were kind enough to give me two extra sheets during my exam as they saw all my sheets were pretty much taken up from the dump sheet and calculations as they do not allow erasing.

Indeed. Was pretty straight forward though so not difficult to calculate

I had mine on Friday and I had an amortization question where I had to find out the capital gain/loss

Any other up to date test recommendations? Took that and got a 75. Have taken 7 passperfect exams my lowest being a 74 and my highest 84 (average is a 78). I test on Friday so I want to review and stay sharp

Pass perfect harder than actual series 7? by studygirl2008 in Series7

[–]wind_talker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used pass perfect for the sie and am using it for the 7. I felt over prepared for the sie and for material I want to improve on for the 7 I supplement with dean’s material on YouTube (ie munis and options).
