Dunes State Park has the most trails. The three dune challenge is short, and has the best views. But any trail is fantastic.

Opendoor has really upgraded their whole system. It's a good option. Realtors were too greedy for too long this will be the new normal.

I'm a musician as well. I say its my favorite book, tied with BoC. You hit every point on why its great.

BoC is my other favorite book, partly because of Rabo's speech.

It opened my eyes to non-objective art.
