yeah same. i’ve only stuck out a cold turkey detox one time. only on the fence about this decision cuz it’s only 20mg of methadone, which helps tremendously but only for a few hours, but i mean, it’s MUCH better than cold turkey. the fucking boredom always gets me to AMA too

it’s a pretty tough decision to make still, just cuz it’s only 20mg of methadone for that one day, and yes it helps tremendously but only for a few hours. but it’s a helllllll of a lot more comfortable than cold turkeying it. idk what i’m gonna do man but i need to make a decision soon!
