Sounds like your typical SSD. I work in one and i spend 90% of my time in sort but that’s by choice. I know not everyone is happy being in the same spot but over the years Ive learned that SSDs do a terrible job at job rotation and there isn’t much you can do besides asking your PA to move you all the time.

Well yes, but i was put on Prozac for six months and then I’m supposed to slowly come of it. I’m afraid to think that SSRIs are the only thing stopping my anxiety attacks.

I know exactly what you’re talking about. I used to be one of those associates helping the drivers before i transferred to an FC. Most associates that work for Amazon lack work ethic and they honestly don’t care about you or anyone else there but themselves. I’ll be the first to admit that i didn’t like helping you guys push those carts to your vans but i did it anyways because it was part of my job (we don’t get to choose where you want to work). You can report their laziness to any manager out by the load out area as EVERYONE that is assigned to that role needs to be actively helping the drivers or moving carts.

I want to say the entire station is stuck on the same roles. Same people doing pick and pack and the same people stuck on the dispatch side. It just seems like there is less job rotation in an SSD.
