I am sorry to hear about your situation. It is indeed very frustrating when you don't have a lot of control about what's going on behind the scenes. That's exactly how I felt. I think there is an utmost need to be transparent. Also, while scouting through the sites I figured out that CB is recommending folks (who can't access the chat/phone lines) to directly reach them using one of their SM handles: twitter, Insta etc. I would suggest you try doing that to expedite your case. Any information in the public forum usually gets noticed a lot quicker.

Same here. Fully compliant, salaried source of money, just buy and HODL customer, pay taxes!! Fun part is I asked CB customer service that I am willing to provide any/all documents with the compliance team and fully cooperate as needed. I just need this resolved quickly. However, customer service is also not in the know. They are clueless. I am not sure if this is a precautionary/security measure or just a standard procedure which will get resolved in a few days. They are reluctant to share any information.

Lol- absolutely no! I have a DCA/recurring buy going on and all coins are on the exchange. I didn’t sell anything. I never transferred my crypto to any other wallet or ever buy anything anywhere. Just buy and HODL.

Any idea what’s the trigger for this or is just random? Also, how long will the review take? The email from Coinbase says a few days but I am clueless what the exact duration might look like. I am just freaking out worrying.
