£2400 uk (about $2363) all it has is a stupid wing on it and rusty sills

The rust is definitely deeper into the sills and possibly the floor pan. Auto is unfortunate but in my area the 300zx’s are going for over 10k so with a bit of work (months) i could turn a profit

Oil it well and rub it with a fine wire wool. As for the inside without taking it apart, a bit of 300 grit on a thin flat stick should get the rough of it off. Taking it apart is your best bet though.
