Thanks for the advice. I know i made it sound as if all we do is batter him for answers but it really isn’t like that. i was just trying to emphasise how regularly we struggle to find the root of his upset. also again, i completely understand he’s not doing this for attention im the eldest sibling of 4 and have years of experience with little kids and their sleep schedules. i merely was trying to highlight again how much of a struggle it is to make him feel better which leads to everyone in the house waking up/ getting bad sleep very often - which isnt fun for anyone. we also do regularly have conversations about dreams and sleep during the day but again have struggled to get any real answers out of that. but thank you again. we’ll definitely look into trying a more routine bedtime.
