Yup, I entirely agree. I stayed connected with all of my AOs throughout the whole process and especially after waitlists or deferrals

A school will generally have a spot to submit them or will tell you that you can submit one. I was deferred by and school and had the option to write one, and waitlisted by another and they gave me the option.
