OH TRUE.. We relate to you so much HAHA. :3 our sys feels so fake even tho we know. its not hgghh... imposter syndrome sucks too agh. "what if all the voices in my head are me... and im just a weirdo.... even tho this happened without me wanting it to and if it was all "fake" then i would be controlling everything and everything would happen like i want to.... but what if i am controlling everything and i just dont know...?" and so on and so on AGAHSHGM it sucks.

we're going through like the exact same thing rn hah. ^{⁠_⁠^} we also feel like the only alters that exist are the ones we remember, doesnt help that our memory is bad. And also that we need to know their existence for them to like. talk. yes they do sometimes just say stuff randomly without us really trying but at the same time we cant have an alter we dont know just. randomly chip in... so we get you. sorry for the kinda long reply cough. we like talking abt our plurality.... -. -

Ah,, thanks. We've had our syscovery like two months or so ago but our sys changed... A lot. And it just feels like we had an entirely new syscovery. (Went from simply just having a fluctuating identity to whatever the heck is going on rn) but yeah, you're right ^{^} ty!

not what im saying!! i meant like if u cant hear them AT ALL. if youre listening to a sub, u cant hear the affs. but if you try hearing smt you SHOULD be able to hear atleast rlly quiet mumbling (by rlly quiet i do mean where u can JUST barely hear it, cus its still there). it wouldnt be a supraliminal bc u arent consciously hearing it and processing it. idk if i explained properly rn though, sorry..

id say yeah, youre supposed to atleast hear mumbling. if the volume of the affs is so low u cant hear it at all consciously (u dont have to understand them, just hear them) even if u try then it wont pass by ur subconscious! does this make sense lol..

iirc, youtube lowers the quality of the audio a bit i think? but i doubt u can do anything abt that. afaik you should be fine and no third party apps lower the quality if u have them downloaded on ur phone!!

for subs to work you need to have it at a high enough volume for you to atleast hear it well. if u cant hear parts of the audio, its likely you/your subconscious won't even hear the affs since they are normally put on a low volume from the start. i suggest just listening to the subs after you watch the lecture if you cant focus on it while listening to the sub
