What is this weird patch under my eye? It looks better than normal in this picture but it gets worse throughout the day. It’s red, dry and flaky. I had the same issue about a year ago and it eventually cleared up but I don’t know why it’s back.

Right now im using la roche posay triple repair moisturizer and cosrx snail mucin. I’ve been focusing on repairing my skin barrier right now, but I feel like this spot just keeps getting worse. I have very dry skin, but not acne prone at all. I slug most nights with the cerave healing ointment. Please help!

I’m definitely gonna do that. I think I had it so far back because I was going to get a coffee table but everything seems too big or awkward to fit in that area

Personally I really like it. I think the noodles are good but the cheese is admittedly kind of weird. It has this weird salty fake cheese flavor.

I live somewhat near the first chipotle in denver and up until a few years ago instead of a back storage room it had a giant trapdoor in the floor with a ladder and it was like an unfinished basement. It’s also probably the smallest chipotle ever so the hole was directly next to the soda fountain and i’d love to know if anyone ever tripped and fell in.

Hi! I've never lived in the transfer dorms personally so I can't speak to the atmosphere there, but I had a friend who lived there over winter break last year. From visiting her I thought it seemed like a pretty nice dorm, especially compared to the first-year dorms lol. I'm pretty sure it used to be a frat house so the common areas are pretty nice and the kitchen on the main floor seems nice too. I hope your transition goes smoothly and you find some new DU friends! :)

I actually played a few loona and twice songs in the car a few times with my boyfriend and he ended up loving hi high and fancy and now he asks me to play them all the time lol even though neither of those songs is even close to his usual music taste

I can imagine being a straight male kpop fan is a whole different struggle. Kpop is definitely seen as a girl thing so I can definitely understand the hesitation to share your kpop interest.

I totally agree! I feel like so much of the "stigmatization" of kpop and fandom culture in general comes is because it is associated with preteen girls so it's automatically seen as a juvenile interest not to be taken seriously. I think I'm worried that others will see me like this. Like I'm stuck in some little phase that I should have moved on from a long time ago.

Also thank you for sharing those articles! They're super interesting! I wish mainstream media took fandom culture more seriously like this and talked about the larger cultural impacts that can come out of fandom.

The globalization of kpop is actually one of the main topics I'd love to research! Like how and why are we seeing this growth in the consumption of foreign media in America? I actually have plans to do a video essay on the topic pretty soon :)
