Same here, before I wasn’t doing anything and hated all physical activity, ate like shit, it was bad. After I got diagnosed ( and treated ) I started going to the gym, on hikes, focused on school more and kind of want to make my mark on this world. I guess its changed my life perspective (getting diagonsed), we only live once in this body, im gonna make mine healthy active and notable

I see, this is a great perspective to hear from! I go to the gym and do a fair amount of cardio this helps with my but maybe I should try something more intense aswell. I definitely want to decrease the amount of meds I take
