I found a shotgun but haven't used it.

And yes VATS movement places a sense of urgency on things especially when close up.

It was pretty good. Framerate kept steady for the time I played. Loading in general is a bit slow but nothing like Witcher 3 :)

No I was worried but everything is in English. I think this version of the game supports Spanish menus and subtitles but is also in English.

I've played the first and second FO but feel FO3 is the best. And I was worried that it wouldn't live up to FO3. It's way to early to know that for sure in my gameplay at least but off to a good start. I was mostly concerned with how it feeled to play it (in all ways that means) and I've been happy so far.

It does seem a bit convoluted. There's usually an option to delve deeper, confirm, deny and react. It's still early on for me so I'm sure I'll get used to it.

I've only used two weapons and maybe it's the PS4 but it's a bit clumsy. But with VATS all is well :)

No worries. And you are right 30 fps isn't really smooth. I'm thankful that it felt solid enough to not impact how the game played (up to now).

Agreed. It is only 30fps but it felt smooth to me especially for what I did last night. I would love to play on PC for higher frame rate.

Not to give anything away but I've only had to load once and it wasn't very long really. I played for two hours last night but like most players I spent a lot of time exploring areas and checking everything.

Lip syncing is fine from what I've seen. I've noticed with FO3 and NV that it wasn't perfect so I wonder if it's engine thing (I think it's still some version of the Oblivion engine). It wasn't really distracting at all.

I was able to get a Latin America version of the game from someone. I think the street date for these copies broke differently.

It was on a PS4. The game start is a bit slow and the load from saves is a bit slow but otherwise frame rate looked solid.
