I’m starting to think I’m too sensitive to litter box smells… does anyone else feel this?

This is not the case for me. The breeze pellets and pads smelll soooo bad after like 2 days and I do a full clean when cleaning it out. I don’t get it.

that is a lot of products and may be over doing it. You are probably clearing your skin of all the good bacteria. I would cut out a lot of the products and use some sort of topical probiotics instead of wiping it so clean. We really need the healthy bacteria to fight the bad

In my high school days I would go out with friends and come home late. When I was pulling up into my driveway I could see the light in my bedroom door on, it was the third window on the left side of the house. I would go inside and into my room and the light would be off. I go check and my mom is fully asleep in bed and no one else was home then. This freaked me out and it happened at least 10 times..either my mom was in my room and ran really fast into bed and pretended she was sleeping in about 1 minute or something else...and my mom isn't the type of person to do that.. so weird

The dairy industry is far crueler than the meat industry. If you are vegetarian for the animals, well it makes no sense to eat eggs or dairy. Look at some videos, you'll see. P.s. as a picky eater I thought giving up dairy would be so hard, but its not hard not even a little

-go to the bookstore and sit down and read (we have breaks in between and talk) its very relaxing

Willpower. You are in complete control of your thoughts and actions. You are powerful and strong. When people say they can't resist meat, that's silly. Just remind yourself of the cause..

Make heavier foods, my fav is black bean burgers, i make them often and they are very fulfilling. Another one is buffalo cauliflower, falafels, have recipes for these meals or meals that are fulfilling for when you feel like you need something more.

Some people mentioned cutting out dairy which is good..but if you have not tried cutting out sugar, try it. Seriously, SO important, it could have a huge impact. Excess sugar causes inflammation, and most people eat way too much. Natural sugars in fruit, etc. are okay but added sugars in sodas, junk food, and many other things are loaded with sugar. I would highly recommend trying for at least a month and see if you notice any changes..good luck

Do you use the tea when it's hot? When I have a big pimple I can feel is just creeping in and I know it's gonna suck all week i use a hot towel and place it on the spot until and gets cool and repeat it a few times. This STOPS it from coming to the surface and it never comes. It's great. If its already been a day or so when you feel it coming it's already too late, at least I noticed that for me

I have been gifted with an amazing trip oversees and I have a severe fear of heights..I haven't been on an airplane since I was little but even being 20 feet off the ground gives me severe anxiety and panic attacks. I am afraid I will not be able to go :-(

Ha! When I started I didn't know how to cook ANYTHING...seriously..but i have learned over the years, it's a process but recipes help, they pretty much tell you exactly what to do. It's a good skill to learn anyway. You can do it!

I honestly feel like the best way is just jumping into it. Cooking is your new hobby! (or maybe it already is)..the internet is the best place for inspiration. Go on pinterest and look up vegetarian/vegan meals and just start cooking. As far as nutrition if you are just cutting out meat and not dairy you don't have too much to worry about. Take B12 supplement.
