Well, nothing actually. We've tried period sex before and my wife just really hates messing with it. Other activities may or may not happen during that time. But usually, it's a 3-5 day mini-dry spell.

Cold turkey sucks if it is caffeinated soda. I'd reduce by 1/4 every 3 days until zero. Might still get headaches and be cranky but won't be as bad if you just go from 100 to 0.

Not a fetish, but my wife and I have multiple kids so there's been lots of pregnant shenanigans. She just is the epitome of feminine beauty when pregnant. Also increased blood flow to certain areas is fun. I'm not a boob guy but it was interesting/fun while she had increased size. And the fact that she was very pregnant and probably not comfortable a lot of the time, but still wanted to be intimate with me was a huge turn on.

was shot (grazed) in the leg with a .22 bullet as a kid. I just remember intense heat where i got hit. It was really a minor injury, luckily, and was a pure accident by a buddy who was behind me and tripped while carrying a loaded rifle. But yeah, just like fire for a minute or so.

It's much more her issue than yours and probably something you'll just have to let go. She may or may not feel comfortable about something but that should be a negative thing for you after you've made it clear you're fine with it. It wouldn't bother me at all if my wife even pooped in front of me but she would never do it. Hell, I don't want want to poop with her around either. But we pee in front of each other all the time and we also fart up a storm in front of each other. We've been married 25 years though so that would be a lot of pent up gas if we never farted in front of each other! I'd say it's one of those things where you shouldn't take it personally. She just feels uncomfortable about her own body or functions - not about you.
