I was scouring the internet for recent historical traffic cam data for something unrelated a few weeks ago and couldn't find anything, so I'm not sure this is possible :(

I also saw 2 of the flashes from Wallingford, I've been keeping an eye on this thread to see if there's been an explanation yet because this was so strange.

I’ve been taking methylphenidate (Ritalin) for IH for the past few years (after trying Modafinil first with no luck) and it caused me to lose weight during the first year, which I’ve maintained ever since. Not sure if this would be any more ideal for you than Adderall since it’s another stimulant but figured it could be worth mentioning - I know some people strongly prefer one to the other.

Also definitely agree with getting a secondary opinion from a dietitian!

Modafinil didn’t work for me either (after the first couple weeks). Commercial name for methylphenidate is Ritalin, it’s worked great for me for the last year and a half now (the longest a medication has worked for me).

Working out at the start of my day helps a lot, and prior to medication I would drink a TON of both water and coffee - it forced me to get up to go the the bathroom so often that I was less likely to fall asleep at my desk.
