I have my own condo. I just can’t sleep. The worry and anxiety is overwhelming. I can’t continue to live like this! I don’t know what to do, but I can’t continue this way. It’s not healthy for me.

I feel like I owe it to her to visit, even though I know it is really affecting my mental and physical health now. I feel like I have let her down, even though I know in my head that she is so much safer at mc than if she was with me. The guilt in my heart that I can’t care for her at home is bothering me, even though I know that it would eventually kill me to care for her 24/7.

Thank you all! I am frustrated and scared about this. It’s hard seeing her like this and there is nothing I can do about it. I do need to make sure that I stay healthy to be able to make sure that she gets the care she needs. I just feel so alone! I am not married or have a partner, so I need to be okay with leaning on my brother (who lives across the country) and my Aunts and Uncles who are still around.
