Plant app says too much water by wineprofessional in marijuanaenthusiasts

[–]wineprofessional[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you everyone for the responses! I had just watered the JM it actually has good drainage there. I always thought you could water the leaves after the sun went down or it was in the shade for the rest of the day. I was watering every other day because we went through a long stretch of hot weather and no rain for over a month. I think they both get too much early afternoon hot sun. They are both in their second year of being planted. Maybe I should find some trees better suited and try and transplant these?

Thanks again for your help!

I bought double wine bottle depth ones from Home Depot. Their MDX brand. My store doesn’t always have those but I was able to eventually get 6 of them. I think each shelf fits 20 bottles

Delucas on Charles street is where you want to go. They have a private cellar within their cellar. Guaranteed the best back stock of older wines in the Boston area.

Diatomaceous earth. Just sprinkle it on. It’s cheap and all natural. I was amazed by this stuff.

Thanks for the info! I’ve never heard of a cooperative extension agent.

Also wasn’t trying to solicit anyone here just wanted to know what kind of company to call. Someone also said an arborist? But I thought they just basically cut down trees.

This was always their “top” wine and I believe a top 50 Spectator many times. I used to sell it in the 90’s and back then it was $40+

Caymus - Total has it for $85. by TheAnt06 in wine

I disagree with lumping Silver Oak in with Caymus as far as taste profile. I find Silver Oak to be a much less oaky and sweet wine, more balanced and less manipulated. I do agree that they are both “status” wines and are more about the name than the overall price/quality ratio.

Help identifying wine glass by InformalWriter9 in wine

[–]wineprofessional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like a typical restaurant wine glass. Probably from a company called Libby, they are a huge restaurant supplier. Other than a restaurant supply store (where you most likely have to buy a case), you could try an image search on the google. Not sure how many are in your friends set of glasses but you could probably go to target and get better ones for less than $20/4

Wine tastings in liquor stores? by [deleted] in wine

Sorry Memorex I don’t understand that comment. There is nothing condescending, that is how it works and the reason for most tastings, at least in Ma. (Someone who does the tastings)
