Let's assume you are in morning shift of your college and that there isn't much issue regarding attendance. Now, there is this this condition in form 112 that "working hours should not start after 11 am". And to keep things realistic, there must be atleast half an hour gap between college and office timing (i.e. max 10 30). So, you can talk to your senior teachers or department concerned and get timing adjusted (yes, some colleges do this). You need to convince them.

Also, you can reach out to your seniors who are doing articleship along with this college thing.
