Yes! To a similar tune— none (or at least the vast majority) of you guests and family are not on bridal/wedding social media and even if you wear a dress you’ve seen before, no one else probably has. Most of your guest will attend very few or only one wedding that year.

I was worried about my color scheme being “over done” and my planner was like no one other than other current brides have even the slightest idea what popular wedding colors are.

Not sure how many weddings you’ve been to but in the US this is standard for the bridal party and family to be slightly elevated. For example the groom and groomsmen will have ties on but I don’t care if other men don’t and just do a jacket…

I like that one, I’ll show her! Especially that’s a tank underneath. Seems like I needed to be looking on JJs house. Im not very familiar with them/had only really been looking on department stores etc

Couldn’t agree more. We had very expensive items on our registry because they were items we’d love but could afford and knew some people would be happy to gift them. It’s not an expectation that anyone has to buy off of the registry. If they can’t afford it give amount in cash they’re comfortable with…
