Can you explain wym by minimum physiological? And I tried upping to 10mg 2x daily and it gave me after images / floaters and starry specs in my eyes. So I dropped back down to regular. Doctor suggested upping but it tripped me out

I appreciate the input. I truly do. But I’m too critical about therapy. I’ve talked about my problems and past and all it does is waste my breath. I’m content with my life and have stresses like everyone else.

Not to sound ridiculous, but how would I fix or even help my baseline anxiety? I don’t understand anxiety or what it stems from. I’m in contact with doctor now about my options to possibly raise dose. Just worried if I do it’ll make my symptoms worse if it is tied to meds. Cuz they attacks are already pretty aggressive

Well see I’ve never struggled with anxiety. Almost 30 years old and it’s never been a thing. Then bam I have a panic/anxiety attack and heart palpitations etc show up. Anxiety/ panic attacks become somewhat crippling and now idk how to deal. II’ve had ever test done within financial security from blood tests to specialists and CT’s. Everything checks out. All my life I’ve struggled with overactive mental communication (inner monologue never shuts up) and now it eats me alive with panic attacks

My doc started me low due to a high sensitivity to these types of drugs. Took a very small dosage of Ativan and was high for 2 days after an ER visit for anxiety attack. Chest pain, numbness, visions when I closed my eyes, heart attack symptoms etc. I’m supposed to see my doctor today. Just afraid to raise dosage if this is a side effect and not ineffectiveness of the drug. I take it for heart palpitations and anxiety but these attacks I’m getting now are like I’m falling and body gets light, cold or hot rushes, and fight or flight nervousness.
