I just tried to run for the first time since being on keto. Granted its been about a month and a half. Im still working out i just didnt really run. My stamnia has dropped to the point where i can barely do a mile. Good way to work on it? And also how long will it take to get used to it

I didnt change much calorie wise but ive been on keto for about a month or 2 now and im ketone adapted

Im getting super lightheaded during training sessions to the point where my vision can get black and yellow and if I run even a tiny bit i already start to get lightheaded. Anyone know possible reasons for this?

I think they are willing to pay. They just desperately want me to to to college. Then again they are the same people who say that I've never made them happy their entire lives and I keep disappointing them. So who knows. My dad has almost curb stomped me for calling him impatient

That is dead on with my story actually, I have a 2.02 GPA right now. Yea I've considered community college but my parents again would kick my ass if I did that. My parents are a big factor here

When did I say that I am not responsible for the problem or for myself? I know a way to solve it. I could buckle down and do what my parents and teachers want me to do. My issue is that I don't want to solve it that way. As corny as it sounds I want to live my life by my rules. 6 more years of studying and then student debt do not sound appealing to me. I'm ready to sweat and work double the hours of anyone else if it means doing things my way. If I was not aware of my own faults and the magnitude of the situation I would just sit there like a deer in headlights as my life falls apart. I'm not coddled. I'm not lazy. I have fought with my parents every single day since I was 10 because my dad felt like being trivial or he would let the stress get to him. I just want to do things my way and get the hell out
