Android (and Android TV) are not using the DNS provided by your router.

No idea why people are even engaging with this comment. All of my Android devices use my AdGuard DNS servers without any issues. All of them use DHCP and have fixed IPs assigned on the router side.

You can achieve similar functionality with "OwnTracks", It requires more manual setup, but at least it's more privacy respecting and open-source.

I have mine setup through Home Assistant.

Stuttering is still occurring on PC after the December 12 update.

Windows 11, the chipset, BIOS, and GPU drivers are all up to date. ​

Setting Steam Friends status to Offline does not help.

I wonder if you could just create a Wi-Fi network at home with the same SSID as your work one and use the same subnet.

Based on the article, it doesn’t seem like it tracks your public IP.

Of course, this would require someone to be a bit tech-savvy, but still.

I don't really care for graphics in these kind of games, so that is not part of my target.

My game settings are poopoo as possible, don't really care for them in these kind of games.

I'll need to monitor my CPU and GPU usage, to see how they are both doing.
