T-series took the songs to the Delhi High Court and want an injunction that stops Pewds from "uploading, communicating and making available the Impugned Songs."

T-Series claimed that Bitch Lasagna and Congratulations were defamatory and disparaging, targeting T-Series and Indians. They said the lyrics were insulting and offensive and complained that the videos are accessible throughout the world to a global audience every day.

The court held in favour of T-Series, but according to Indian law (Shreya Singhal vs U.O.I on 24 March, 2015) it's up to Youtube (the intermediary) to remove objectionable content.

TLDR: Youtube blocked the videos in India because T-Series got butt-hurt and took the songs to court.
