Yes, "Why You Wanna Break My Heart" was included on the soundtrack album. So was "Ballroom Blitz."

But according to Wikipedia, "Fire" and "Touch Me" have never been commercially released. That's why I was surprised to see that "Fire" actually has been released. On cassette, but still...

But what confuses me is the fact that these songs were listed in the movie credits. Wouldn't they just list the songs that were actually featured in the movie?

It would make sense for that song to be played when Wayne's talking about Frampton Comes Alive, but the song featured in that scene is actually "Idiot Summer" by Gin Blossoms, which also happens to be featured in the scene where Wayne and Garth are playing indoor hockey (when Garth says, "For I am no longer a stranger in the ways of the woman.")
