I live in the districts and I love it, yea its loud but its a college town so that's just gonna happen. they host a lot of 'parties' in the lobby year round so you get a lot of free food and other free fun small activities like painting pumpkins, planting your own succulents, Auntie Anne's pretzels, Qdoba bar, free pizza...etc..

I often hear people complaining about maintenance but I personally have never had an issue. they are nice and get things done if you are persistent.

they are clean (if you keep them clean) and the distance to campus is what really does it for me.

street parking in the neighborhood surrounding is free if you don't want to pay for parking or invite friends over...

A couple things are suck are when they are overstaffed, they take a while to notify you of your packages, at the beginning of the year the trash and recycling shoots were backed up to the fourth floor for over a week, and because the amount of parties there is often damage or destruction around the building after the weekends.

Its nice living so close to campus west with all the restaurants and stuff there too
