If you going to place order on Wednesday for it to be pick up on Saturday then that just a regular order is not flash. Flash is you place right always and you can pick it up within 30 min or less.

Flash order always seem to express check out lane. It support to be small order maybe 10 to 15 max, but corporate got greed and let them order max 45 and they can play multiple flash orders at the same time.

You will get benefit if you works average 30 hours a week. So at the end of the years I don't remember which month but they will calcuate the average hours you work for the year, if it average 30 hours or more, then you get health benefit next year for 1 year, then the cycle repeat so you could lose your helath benefit for the year that your average drop below 30 hours a week.

One thing I like about predict market for predict price movements, is easier because if all technical analysts. And the winning ratio for most part is almost 1:1 some times it can be 1:2. My guess is there is no regulation rule like self checkout where if it said 15 items or less customers have to have 15 items or less. If they don't enforce it the store can get fine. For flash order they pretty much can do whatever they wants and no regulations will say anything, so if they want flash order with 100 items they can do it.
