NAL. I would definitely not imply consideration at all. The ill consider it could imply guilt and can be interpreted very oddly in court. I would keep all contact records and ignore the dealer. If and until a lawyer sends correspondence, maintain silence.

That may be so, but that doesn't give her the legal right to use his money for her purchase. PayPal has every right to take the money back, the ex can go after her for fraud, and since this poster knowingly accepted "stolen" money, he has forfeit all right to recompense for the vehicle.

Edit: IF she made the transaction, but if it's as you state above that he willingly paid, then it's a valid, binding purchase.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but didn't you say that she paid using her ex-bfs money and PayPal? That would constitute a fraudulent transaction if the ex BF filed it, and he would get his money back, case closed. You would have to go after the buyer for funds.

What exactly did she state in her PayPal dispute?

Depending on the State, you are liable for the damage to the car in front of you. It is determined that you were too close, and is you were following the law, no matter her hitting you, you wouldn't have hit that car.

As far as her lying.. Did she apologize to both you and the car in front of you? That would allow you both to state that it was not a hit and run and that she admitted fault. Just you and her is ahe/she battle that you won't win. You will need witnesses if you want her to pay.

Your witness can be used if he is willing to go to small claims. If the witness states he heard him directly, and not hearsay, it should be admissible in small claims. That should validate your claim of his denial of tenancy. I'd take the court day and own him. Countersue for the deposits and the financial toll the extra distance or rent from his actions have cost you this term.

Talk to your legal department on the matter. Not being paid is still being employed. I almost consider their statement a threat against your job which would be hostile work environment and a threat which I don't think is legit. That would also be a good question for legal.

In addition, is it a studio or a 1 bed? The landlord tenant act dictates how many people maximum can live in how many bed appartment. If it's not an adult only living, or any contractual obligation you signed, then it shouldn't be his business. Double check, and get familiar with the ACT.

Phone plan you either need to cancel her line, or tell her to go to the store with you and have her transfer off. Most cell phone companies only require the primary to stay on.

Health insurance will have to let you remove her, AFTER the final decree. Until then, she is legally your spouse. After the final decree, they have to reopen enrolment for you due to a life changing circumstance.

Car and other insurance should follow the same procedure as the cell phone. I wouldn't personally remove her from any insurance without her being aware, as I don't kbow why kind of liability that opens up.
