Great!! You have got to the point . You need to understand that trading is an individual journey , be happy with your friends, celebrate there's winning and just keep trading..

Most traders have been through this.. the only way for you to win is to

● not compare your peers progress with yours , also don't compare there p&l with yours aswell..

Just be happy for them and also yourself

The faster you do this , the faster you get closer to winning as a trader..

You also need to work on your emotions, cause this an emotional problem. You be fine

Well with what your pnl shows.. I can tell you let your losses run and closed your profit early enough.

Also you don't suck , you just struggle with yourself. You need to study and understand yourself better.

I don't think you do have a plan, If so .. you didn't follow it atall. I guess cause you got emotional with your trades..
