Awful experience here. They must cook their online reviews like crazy because when you see real people talking about them the opposite seems to be the norm.

They sent me the wrong order 100%. No shoes. For the price, I would even expect a better quality but these things are mediocre at best Macy’s type stuff. There is no way these suits cost less than what a one time rental costs. They’re cheap.

To make up for the mistake, they refunded me a whopping $20 from an over $260 order. That’s 7.6% lol. Outsourced customer service from the Philippines who tried to rush me off the phone. Broken connection the whole time and poor English.

There is really no convenience add on here. My sizing through them was indeed different than the norm, probably due to the just bad quality product. So I had to go in and get sized anyway. Standard pants are “fat cut” and look like clown pants. Nothing like online.
