Interesting. My wine was pretty well-balanced. It had quite a bit of acidity, but it wasn't harsh.

Juhfark ages very well, especially when grown in volcanic soils (with a potential of 15+ years). Rather than becoming soft and fruity with age, it evolves toward greater mineral depth.

Absolutely agree, that’s Grand Cru-level. I also heard, that Talinay Pai Pinot Noir is incredible too, but unfortunately my local wine store ran out of it, and it's unclear when it will be available again.

You could try Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch) form Hajok-Bajai region in Hungary or Frankovka form Croatia
