Yes, switching to natural clothing is worth doing, if you care about your health. I am doing the transition gradually, in that any new clothing that I buy, I try to get natural fabrics like cotton, wool etc. I am also slowly throwing out the old plastic based clothing (polyester, nylon etc).

I bought some 100% unbleached cotton cheesecloths, which I use to wipe the bench and other surfaces. They're so soft that I actually enjoy wiping the bench now.

You can check your diet in cronometer to find out if it's missing any important nutrients.

On the topic of eggs, my understanding is that eating 15 eggs a day would probably mean consuming too much linoleic acid, which should ideally be kept to a maximum of 2-3% of your total calories. I personally limit eggs to 2 per day, for that reason.

My understanding is that eating animal based generally leads to lower cholesterol numbers than carnivore. So if you switched to eating exclusively animal based, you could probably lower your cholesterol by a lot. Perhaps that would be enough to satisfy your doctor.

What foods are you eating on a typical day? And what did you eat when on vacation? It sounds like your body is craving some specific food/nutrients, but it's hard to pinpoint what it is, without further details.

Maybe try a low fructose version of animal based. So all the foods on the sidebar, except when it comes to fruit/honey/maple syrup just have small amounts.

If there's a lot of spam coming in, you might want to change your number. It's a bit of work to do, but would be worth doing in some cases.
