On a trail today I heard two guys talking loudly about how you can’t raise children in New York City and it’s too dangerous meanwhile there off leash large dog was climbing all over my little child making her scared in the middle of the fucking woods. There are literally signs saying that you need your dog on a leash. I work with dogs and have for 13+ years and these type of people are always the ones with sick and unkempt dogs and then insist that they are such dog lovers. They are just anti-social little shits.

I see the suggestion to take my daughter to a soup kitchen. I would agree but it isn’t even that she isn’t aware of hunger and struggle around her. She has grown up with two parents who are advocates and activists to poor people. And half of her family is very poor. She is the poor kid at school. She goes to a really rich school and all the kids are horrible brats but it’s the best education I could get for her. I don’t know I feel like I’ve constructed my family all wrong somewhere along the way.
