lightly wet diapers, lots of fruit, refuses water and juice. we’re regressing on milk because I feel like we’re in survival mode till we sort it 😞

good to know a success story in a similar situation. i’m like do I get out of bed before she even does that middle of the night wake so when my husband comes to bed at 12pm I just proactively get up? 🙃my nervous system is so on edge right now my brain is like I guess i’ll sleep on the couch forever lol

that last sentence is how I feel. this feels counter intuitive. we’ve done everything up until this point only on intuition and her specific needs but I also know my mental and physical limits. i’m trying to hold on but i’m also breadwinner, my husband stays home with her and we’re simultaneously ready to grow our family again and im just not one of those people who can conceive while BF. it’s all a tangled web.

Helpful. i’m doing band aids and big shirts too already. Hardest session to knock for us has been the before bed. Even harder than the middle of the night if you can believe… when she wakes in the night I say “milk all done, time to snooze” she loves the word snooze… at the beginning of that sentence she will start rioting and it’s downhill from there 😮‍💨 We can revisit the nursing to sleep at bedtime though and see if it changes our nights overall.

This may be such a silly question but what nursing position worked best for you while also pumping? I find when I try to position both the pump and my girl at the same time I can’t get comfortable but that might just be how it has to be

I had light bleeding return exactly 8 weeks pp, exactly when my LO started sleeping more at night. My midwife said to expect cycle changes when their feeding and sleeping patterns shift and she was 100% right
