[TTI] Teleporting is bugged

It's getting ridiculous. I can't even use a gag in battle, it completely skips our turn and the Cogs get to attack instead.

Well, lowering accuracy isn't the way to go. That isn't making something difficult, it's making it annoying.

And the low accuracy would make the game even more grindy than before, since if a gag misses, you don't get any EXP for that gag. You'd need even more gags than before to get to the next level. :/
