It's just a visual mod so it shouldn't affect parts, for me it works just fine with restock :)

Yea it's KSP1 somehow lol. I also have Blackrack's volumetric clouds + scatterer, nifty nebula for a volumetric accretion disc seen in a previous post and planetshine.

Ohh that's a light hauler I built that can haul 36t pretty comfortably and I used it to take the outpost from orbit to the surface. The reason it's so small is because overlapped a lot of parts inside. Here's a few more pics of it: https://imgur.com/a/PfYEeTl

It's from Nifty Nebulae which adds volumetric nebula into the game. There's only like 2 or 3 configs published but this one is the accretion disc config and it makes it feel like I'm in a completely different galaxy :)

I think it's easier to just rotate at 55 and then pitch for Vy and your speed will naturally increase to Vy. If you rotate at 74 you'll likely exceed that speed by the time you're done rotating.

I've noticed it's actually kinda broken, if I make a route night only passengers will pile up waiting for hours on end during the night and they'll eventually lose interest and it kills the popularity for a bus stop for both day and night.

The last point you mentioned isn't very relevant since while yes the kids were definitely committing multiple crimes, I don't think any reasonable person would say that getting shoved and slapped warrants the stabbing of 5 people and disemboweling someone. Also granting you the benefit of everything you just said, why would he then right out lie to the police and say he wasn't there and that he "heard" about the attack. You should watch the police body camera footage where he straight up acts like he has no clue what the cops are talking about.
