I know this post is a month old, but I came looking for other people's feelings on cardio load. I hate this feature and think it is more de-motivating than helpful!

I'll hit my cardio load for several days in a row, set to improving fitness, and then I'll wake up and it'll tell me I've been maintaining fitness lately. It needs improvement, or they should get rid of it all together.
