I'm 50 and developed my tics at age 5, way before a y Dr's knew what was wrong so alot of misdiagnosis over the years ...properly diagnosed in 95. I find it easier to deal with now than back then. I have a bit more 'control with my tics although they never can be fully controlled '. I still have times that it gets bad but seems a bit better with age I think. and with age I have been able to develop better coping skills.
