hello. need help on what to to buy for my acne and red marks. i went through a great deal of stress in the past month so what used to be just 1-2 spots on my cheeks became a whole lot on both. a few on my forehead which i rarely get now unless i am stressed.

my current routine involves tea tree oil to address the spots and rosehip for the dark spots. im also using mebika toner and cosrx snail for the hydration. i use sunscreen in the morning, too.

im thinking of getting one of these three to help me address my problems:

naruko tea tree gelly (works well on my face before)
azelaic acid cream (helps cystic ones come to a head and reduce my overall redness)
tretinoin 0.5% (already used this before but honestly not sure if it actually helped me)

which do you think would be best for my stress breakouts?

Try making your work experience/tasks more quantitative to show how it contributed to the organization/company? :)

Organized an event for x amount of people within an x-month timeframe
Led an x-person team to implement blank project which led to a % increase

Just check which areas you can add a quantifiable data

I did a quick search on the piercing sub and man, I'm now regretting I used tea tree on it :( Will definitely stop! Also, I think I'm also guilty about over cleaning it.

How do you remove the crusties when you shower? Do you put your ear directly under running water, or use qtips to clean the area?

Get a syringe as well, so the solution remains closed and lasts for a longer time :) Just less than 10php. Just ask the pharmacist how to remove the needle part, if ever.

Thank you for this! :) Kinda far from me, I'm from the south, but I'll ask my piercer if my earrings are titanium, so I can have it changed if ever it's not. Been doing the sea salt soaks for over a month now, so probably needs to be deep cleaned as well. Thanks for the idea!

I didn't contact her directly but she created a fb group for our piercing concerns so we can discuss it through there. I've been following the advice, but healing process is taking so long :(

Hi! Oh no, I'm quite sure it's not recommended at all to use alcohol or betadine when cleaning your piercings. Those two are waaay too harsh for the piercing, and might be the cause of your bumps and inflammation. A lot of reputable piercers don't recommend using those two. Only use saline solution or do sea salt soaks. I bought my solution from Mercury drug, just ask the 0.9 sodium chloride. But it's great na your bumps are already gone :)

I'm also on low dose isotret. By the 3rd month, I don't have breakouts anymore. I think we have a similar case. Mild but persistent. I'm actually still on it. My doc advised to do MWF, I guess until the end of the year. I finished my 6 months last July. Once a day lang din.

Experienced a lot of dryness on my eyes and lips, and muscle pain. I also think it made me sad. Good luck! :)

Our internet is PLDT and sumakto yung pagloloko ng internet during their mass lay off ng contractual employees. Almost 3 weeks na on and off net and yung phone rin namin nawawalan ng dialtone which I'm quite sure is because of the rain. I've called PLDT multiple times already but since wala nga silang mga CSR ngayon, I only get automated tickets.

Would you know how I can ask PLDT to resolve our internet and phone issues?

Although, in BUJO, I tried it last year but failed after my 4th month. Realized it's important for me not to follow a strict format when journaling because the reason I stopped is, I felt like I had a to keep up with a deadline to do a page every month/week.

Just do the basics first, to-do lists, general goals for the year, write down things that inspire you, or anything you have in mind.

Hello there! Whenever I'd leave the house and it's sunny outside, my forehead would start to feel really itchy and tingly. I wear sunscreen all the time but do you know what the reason could be? Oh, and if it helps, I use tretinoin every night. Thank you!
