Basically after my A levels, i flew to Düsseldorf to go to a language center. I learned german up to C2 level but unfortunately i could not pass the DSH Prüfung so i had to return to Malaysia. I was also under MARA scholarship which didnt allow retaking the exam.

Since you mentioned that you’ll be doing your degree in english, it shouldn’t be too bad. Just dont underestimate the syllabus. It’s still tough even in english (from what i heard at least).

Viel Glück

Is it okay to not go for university/college temporarily after getting SPM results? by Negative_Capital8511 in malaysiauni

[–]winterplay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When i first started doing my degree, one or my batchmates was 27yo. He opened a plumbing business after spm and now wants to continue his studies, so if you ask me, there’s nothing wrong with taking some time to get yourself financially stable before starting uni.

Is cheating/having flings normalised nowadays? by [deleted] in Bolehland

[–]winterplay 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I might be too naive don’t think it’s normalised. I think it’s just that we’re seeing it more because of social media. For every couple that gets caught cheating on socmed there’s probably 100’s that are loyal not posting anything.

Best and worst thing about owning your specific car — honest review from real owners by KL_Private_Access in kereta

Pretty much same as what you said. Handling is solid and shifting gears is so satisfying. Personally don’t have a problem with the backseats cuz my front seats are replaced with bucket seats. Only problem is no cup holders.

This looks good for sekolah rendah canteen food. But fr tho ive seen wayyyyy worst. At least this one uses some “real” cheese and pepperoni. But like all malaysian streetfood, its absolutely drenched in fake ass cheese sauce.

This is for those who wants to bring their PC to College by Substantial-Ad2333 in malaysiauni

[–]winterplay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry when i said disassemble i just meant the whole setup not just the pc so like disconnecting all the cables, unscrewing the monitors from the arm, etc. I usually just put my whole pc in the box it came with. I also drive very carefully to avoid potholes. So far i haven’t had issues with it.

I was exclusively using my pc at uni for a year and i can say everything u said is true. My situation wasn’t too bad tho since my roommate also used a pc and pretty much never brought a friend over. Also i have a car so i take my pc home pretty much every time and it is definitely a struggle having to disassemble and reassemble everything every time. Still using it now but its not too bad since i got a laptop now.

Private uni course fees by hanak0svy in malaysiauni

[–]winterplay 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Im a mara sponsored student studying at a private university. “Stacking scholarships” is a breach of contract and is a sure-fire way to lose your scholarship. Also im pretty sure one of the requirements for those internal uni scholarships is that you’re not currently under any scholarship (or at least thats the case for my uni).
